Mr. Rohit began his professional journey as an Assistant Lecturer in the Electrical Department at the College of Science and Technology, under the Royal University of Bhutan. His academic and teaching background reflect a strong commitment to work on education and energy sector of the country.

Currently, he serves as an Assistant Engineer in the Solar Unit of the Project Implementation Unit at Druk Green Power Corporation (DGPC). Mr. Rohit firmly believes that energy is the new security and the core foundation for sustainable development, with a strong focus on renewable energy as the key to Bhutan’s future.
